A  well known McKinney resident, Susi started and managed her own successful independent real estate company in Historic Downtown McKinney. Her energetic nature and positive attitude combined with years of experience, knowledge of the industry, and strong work ethic has endeared her with long-term repeat clients throughout the North Texas area.  Susi served on the Board of Directors of the Collin County Association of Realtors and on the North Collin County Habitat For Humanity Board of Directors.

Susannah McIntosh joined Susi Mitchell to form this dynamic Mother/Daughter team in 2002.  She brings top negotiating skills, knowledge of the current market, and an expertise of the home buying or selling process to the team.
